Programme Description

By means of experiential learning, students learn to apply theory in their own training and to see and experience the relevance of the knowledge and theories. In this way, the students are able to attain their own learning goals. The student learns to supervise various types of exercises and training sessions, both in the Trainer Skills Practical and during the internship.

Learning Objectives

After gaining more insight into basic training techniques and completing the internship, the student learns how to translate learning objectives into a training course or workshop.
