Program Overview


Introduction to the MBA Program

The University of Sydney Business School offers a full-time MBA program designed for professionals with a minimum of 3 years of experience looking to take their career to the next level. The program is taught over 18 months and focuses on developing personal and interpersonal skills, business knowledge, and the ability to build and lead enterprises.

Admission Criteria

To apply for the full-time MBA, candidates need to have:


  • A minimum of three years of relevant work experience
  • A minimum grade point average (GPA) of 65 or equivalent in their undergraduate degree
  • Evidence of English language proficiency (if English is not their first language)

The admission deadlines for the August 2026 commencing cohort are:


  • Round 1: 24 August 2025
  • Round 2: 28 September 2025
  • Round 3: 26 October 2025
  • Round 4: 30 November 2025
  • Round 5: 11 January 2026
  • Final round for international applicants: 22 February 2026
  • Final round for domestic applicants: 29 March 2026
