The Brand Leadership Sprint is a microcredential course designed to unlock the power of brand for organisational success in today's digital era.
Overview
In our digital world where consumers face an overwhelming number of decisions, leaders must understand how brand is one of the most valuable assets for their organisation. This course will allow participants to master the power of brand identity, the importance of trust, and using storytelling to position themselves as a brand leader.
What You'll Learn
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Understand the makeup of brands and their impact on organisations.
- Describe the importance of brand value and trust for an organisation.
- Identify the features of good brand storytelling, including brand archetypes.
- Apply key elements of brand strategy related to positioning and consistency.
Sydney Executive Plus
The Brand Leadership Sprint is delivered by Sydney Executive Plus in partnership with Interband. Participants will learn the fundamentals of building a memorable and trustworthy brand from leading thinkers and industry experts.
Aims
The Brand Leadership Sprint aims to help participants understand the history and essence of branding, the impact and power of brand identity, and the importance of building trust. This course will also teach participants how to use storytelling in positioning themselves as a brand leader.

- History of brands and brand theory.
- Brand valuation and trust.
- Brand positioning and archetypes.
- Brand consistency and execution.

This course is suitable for senior executives, leaders, and managers looking to increase their knowledge of brand strategy and value.
Course Delivery Style
The course will be delivered online via self-paced modules and livestreams over two weeks.
Materials
All course materials are provided electronically. After enrolment, participants will receive an email with instructions on how to access the course materials and communications platforms.
Prerequisites
Participants should have an understanding of business/organisational process and leadership.
Course Assessments
The final project requires participants to reflect on concepts and skills learned throughout the sprint, considering how they might be applied to real-world situations. Participants are encouraged to think about their project in relation to their own organisation or experience, but this is not mandatory.
