Who is this Course For?

This course is suitable for senior executives, leaders, and managers who are working in organisations undertaking significant projects, working with organisations on projects, or those aiming to improve their project leadership capabilities.

Course Delivery Style

This course will be delivered online via self-paced modules and livestreams over two weeks.

Materials

All course materials are provided electronically. After enrolment, participants will receive an email with all the instructions needed to access the course materials and communications platforms.

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisite requirements to take this course.

Course Assessment

The final project is designed to draw on the work completed in the workbook and throughout the modules and is to be completed within a week of finishing the sprint. The project focuses on the participant's own experience and an organisation they work for or with.
