Overview
The FMBA5001 unit aims to develop leadership skills through practice, covering topics such as individual leadership skills, team dynamics, coaching, and leadership within complex environments. This unit provides students with opportunities to practice skills and behaviors with support from peers, coaches, and faculty to accelerate development.

Assessment Summary

- Team project: A memo and in-class presentation of findings and process, identifying a business challenge or problem and researching and exploring the nature of the issue.
- Written assignment: An individual written reflection outlining personal learning journey during the team project and throughout the unit.

Late Submission
- Penalties:
- Deduction of 5% of the maximum mark for each calendar day after the due date
