Making Music in Ableton Live

This short course is designed for newcomers to Ableton Live, aiming to get them up to speed and making music in Live as quickly as possible. The course covers music making and production techniques applicable to various genres and styles, allowing students to focus on their preferred genre and hone their musical style.

Course Details

• The course is taught by Luke Warren, a producer and accredited Ableton Live trainer.
• A copy of Ableton Live is strongly recommended for completing exercises and practicing regularly outside of class.
• By the end of the course, students should have composed and produced one short song/piece in a genre of their choosing.

Target Audience

This course is for those who:

• Have never used Ableton Live
• Recently started using Ableton Live (less than 6 months)
• Have dabbled in Ableton Live sporadically over an extended period but desire formal lessons
