Bachelor of Arts (Honours)
The Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree is a comprehensive program that requires students to complete 48 credit points in total.
Degree Structure and Requirements
To qualify for the award of the Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree, students must complete:
- 48 credit points in 4000 level honours units in an honours subject area as listed in the Table A Subject Areas or Table S Subject Areas.
- Joint honours in two honours subject areas is by permission only.
Honours subject area admission requirements and unit of study information can be found via the subject area or course pages offered by the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. Students may also choose to complete advanced coursework or honours in a subject area related to their Table S second major. For further information, refer to the Interdisciplinary Handbook.
