Overview
The Bachelor of Science and Master of Nursing (Pre-registration) is a combined degree program that allows students to complete a total of 192 credit points, including 96 credit points from the Bachelor of Science and 96 credit points from the Master of Nursing.
Course Structure
- Students must complete:
- 12 credit points of units of study as set out in Science Table A Degree Core
- 12 credit points of 1000-level units of study as set out in Science Table A (excluding units present in Table A Degree Core)
- A major (48 credit points) from the Bachelor of Science Table A
- 48 credit points of units of study as specified for years 2 and 3 from this Units of Study Table for the Bachelor of Science and Master of Nursing
- A minimum of 6 credit points from the Open learning environment Table O
- Where appropriate, elective units from Bachelor of Science Table A, Table S (shared pool) or Table O
- 96 credit points from the Master of Nursing, comprising:
- 96 credit points of core Master of Nursing units set out in the table below
- Clinical experience as prescribed
