Accelerated Path MSN
The Accelerated Direct-Entry Master of Science in Nursing program allows individuals with a bachelor's degree in a field other than nursing to earn a master's in only five semesters and become a licensed registered nurse and leader at the bedside.

Nurses are positioned to play an important role in solving some of today's most complex health care issues. Our Accelerated Direct-Entry MSN prepares you not only to provide safe, quality patient care, but also to drive improvements to care through collaboration, evidence-based practice methods and effectiveness measures. This program also allows you to continue your education and become a nurse practitioner.
Career
Graduates of the Accelerated Direct-Entry MSN program are eligible to take the NCLEX to become a licensed registered nurse.

The Accelerated Direct-Entry MSN program requires 64 credit hours in five semesters.

- Simulated patient care experiences prepare students to function independently.

Admission Requirements
To qualify for admission, applicants must have a bachelor's degree (in a field other than nursing), conferred from a regionally accredited institution, and a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) for the bachelor's degree earned.
