The Health Care Administration certificate is for health care professionals who aspire to be at the central point of control. The mix of finance, economics, and managerial courses coupled with healthcare topics arm health care professionals with skills needed to lead, manage, and administer a health care system, hospital, or hospital network.


Graduation Requirements

The Health Care Graduate Certificate in Administration is granted to those who satisfactorily complete the required course work, carrying a minimum GPA of 3.0 or more. The certificate must be completed within five years of acceptance into the program. All students must contract for graduation.


Transferring to UC

Students must complete the entire certificate program in residence. Transfer credits are not permitted.


International Student Requirements

Graduate certificates are designed to be completed on a part-time basis and are not available to international applicants who require full-time status. International students can complete graduate certificates as part of a graduate degree program.
