Program Overview

The Engineering and Technology Management (ETM) program at Washington State University offers a comprehensive education in engineering and technology management. The program is designed for working professionals and provides a flexible, online learning environment.


Course Description

The E_M 580 Quality Control and Reliability course covers quality improvement analysis for process and product quality, statistical process control, and capability studies. The class addresses statistical methods used in quality analysis and modeling process and product quality.
