The International Office of RWTH Aachen, in collaboration with the Chair of Algebra and Representation Theory, offers a free programming course for refugees and international students.

Course Description

This course aims to prepare participants for a study program at RWTH Aachen by introducing them to the basics of a programming language in a playful and example-oriented manner.

Course Schedule

The course takes place from October 25 to December 20, 2025, on the following days in an online format:

• Saturdays: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Wednesdays: 5:00 PM - 7:15 PM
• Fridays: 5:00 PM - 7:15 PM

Language Requirement

A minimum language proficiency of B1 is required.

Registration

Registration is open until September 28, 2025, and requires a copy of the residence permit and proof of German language skills in PDF format, sent via email.

Course Location

The course will be held online.
