Program Overview
Introduction to the T.I.M.E. Doppel-Master-Programm
The T.I.M.E. (Top Industrial Managers in Engineering) program is a master's exchange program that allows students to study at two excellent universities, earn two master's degrees in a short period, and build international networks. This program is designed for committed master's students in technical fields.

The following faculties offer the T.I.M.E. program:

- Note: No T.I.M.E. program will be offered in the academic year 2025/26

Requirements
- Successful completion of a bachelor's degree at one of the participating faculties or a corresponding bachelor's degree from another German university
- Excellent academic performance
- Language skills (depending on the partner university)
Program Structure
- Application: The application deadline is January 15th of each year.
- Applications are submitted through the application portal.
- Exception: Applications for the Universidade Sao Paolo from students of Faculty 6 require separate application documents, which must be submitted to the faculty by March 15th.
- Students must participate in a mandatory counseling session at their respective faculty before applying.
- Study: The program typically follows this structure:
- One year of study at RWTH
- One year of study at the partner university
- One year of final thesis work at both universities
