Launch into Engineering
Introduction
Launch into Engineering is a summer-long preparation for the Master of Engineering (MEng) degree program. It provides a solid foundation in engineering, enhancing readiness for the Dartmouth MEng curriculum.
What Launch into Engineering Includes
- Enrollment in three undergraduate engineering courses:
- ENGS 21: Introduction to Engineering
- ENGS 22: Systems
- An engineering elective chosen with guidance from an advisor
- Personalized mentorship from dedicated faculty and staff
- Learning by doing: hands-on engineering projects with access to equipment and facilities
How to Apply
To be considered for Launch into Engineering, simply apply to the on-campus MEng program and complete the Launch section of the application to express your intent. Eligibility will be evaluated during the MEng admissions review based on academic background and experience.
