Course Description
This course covers various topics in immunology, including animal genetic modification, flow cytometry, biochemical and immunological analysis, bioinformatics, AI, and cutting-edge immunological technologies such as CAR-T, human monoclonal antibodies, and organoid culture. The course aims to introduce students to the principles and applications of immunological experimental methods and techniques.
Course Objectives
The primary objective of this course is to provide students with a deep understanding of the principles, methods, and applications of immunological experiments and techniques. By the end of the course, students are expected to have the ability to select and apply appropriate experimental methods in their future research.
Course Requirements
Students are required to select a topic for in-depth exploration and present their findings in a group report. Additionally, students are expected to submit individual reports to achieve the learning objectives of the course.
