Qualification Opportunity

After successful completion of this training, an extension of one year is possible for the vocational qualification of textile and fashion tailor (m/f/d).

Alternative Program

For those with an intermediate school leaving certificate (Real-Oberschule or comparable), there is an option to pursue a 3-year training program as a Textile and Fashion Designer/Pattern Maker (m/f/d).

• Duration of Training: 3 years
• Requirements:
  • Intermediate school leaving certificate (Real-Oberschule or comparable)
  • Interest and skills in handicrafts
  • High degree of craftsmanship, technical understanding, and pleasure in working with textile materials
  • Basic knowledge of computer is desirable
