Overview
The Biology lab technician program is a vocational training program that prepares students to work in medical and biological research, applied medicine, and public health. Prerequisites
In addition to good to excellent grades in natural science subjects and English, applicants are expected to be highly motivated and quick to learn.

Biology lab technicians work in medical and biological research, applied medicine, and public health. In industry, they are often employed in pharmaceutical and cosmetic production, in food manufacturing, and at companies that create biotechnology products. They work for the most part in laboratories but are sometimes stationed at animal research centers.
