Program Overview

The Bachelor's degree program "International Relations" at the Center for International Studies (ZIS) at TU Dresden is a genuinely interdisciplinary degree program with the three equally important (core) subjects of International Politics, International Law, and International Economics.


Program Structure

The degree program comprises a total of 180 credit points (CP) and has a modular structure. In each of the three core subjects, students must complete modules worth at least 30 CP. In addition, three interdisciplinary courses (15 CP), with three lecturers (one from each of the three core subjects), as well as additional pre-professional qualifications, such as a professional internship, are part of the curriculum. The standard period of study is six semesters. The final thesis comprises six CP.
