The UCSF Professional Excellence Online Certificate is a set of curated, on-demand Skillsoft Percipio eCourses aimed at enhancing professional effectiveness for UCSF employees. The program is curated toward the UC Competencies and behavioral anchors.

Program Structure

The program is divided into three series:

• Achieving Results: 12 eCourses, 4.7 hours total
• Building Relationships: 9 eCourses, 3.5 hours total
• Creating the Future: 9 eCourses, 2.8 hours total

Certificate of Achievement

A downloadable certificate will be available upon completion of all eCourses within each of the three series.
