Program Overview
Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance Certificate
The Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance Certificate is designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to become effective leadership coaches. This 132-hour program, spanning four months, is highly participatory and requires participants to be fully present for all activities, practice coaching sessions, individual and team online meetings, and independent readings.
Program Overview
The program is structured into several key areas of focus, including:
- Leadership Coaching Foundation: Exploring the foundations of coaching and how they are built upon a strong understanding of adult learning.
- Creating Awareness: Discovering how to be fully present, build trust, and establish authenticity with business coaching clients.
- Language and Emotion: Learning to appreciate and understand language and emotions to create lasting, purposeful conversations with clients.
- Performance and Change: Applying developing coaching skills to improve both accountability and business performance.
- The Process and Business of Coaching: Exploring how to make insights pay for both the coach and the clients, defining and differentiating the executive coaching niche, and promoting a unique brand and value.
Program Structure
The program consists of:
- 12 class days, spread across five sessions, which may be delivered in-person or online, depending on the cohort.
- 1 hour weekly teleclasses at noon in between modules, with a requirement to attend at least 7 out of 10 teleclasses.
- In-person classes may be subject to change to online delivery based on Rutgers University and public health guidance.
Tuition and Payment
The cost of the program is $11,990 if payment is received before August 18th. A deposit of $1,000 is due upon notification of acceptance into the program. For registrations and payments completed after August 18th, the registration fee will be $12,490.
