Masters of Social Work Internship

Overview

The Masters of Social Work (MSW) internship is offered by Counseling, ADAP & Psychiatric Services (CAPS) at Rutgers to students currently enrolled in a graduate social work program. The internship provides multiple MSW internship placements.


Program Details

  • Second year clinical interns provide weekly individual counseling
  • Co-lead a psychotherapy group with senior staff clinicians
  • Lead CAPS workshop following extensive training

Requirements

  • Minimum of 21.5 hours per week
  • One hour of individual supervision per week
