Overview
The Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance (LCOP) program is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for 132 hours of Level 2 coach education. This non-credit certificate program is designed for practitioners who want to develop coaching knowledge and skills, as well as practice coaching in realistic leadership scenarios as they occur in organizations. The program emphasizes the learning of critical coaching skills and the application to organizational challenges that leaders face today. Participants who complete the program requirements earn a Certificate of Completion, which meets the academic requirements for the ICF's Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentials.
