The Rutgers University Certified Industry Fellow (RUCIF) program is part of the Rutgers University Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy, with a 40-year history of providing professional development for pharmacists and physicians seeking to begin their careers in the pharmaceutical industry.

The RUCIF program offers a comprehensive professional development experience, allowing participants to build depth and breadth of experience with real-world and high-visibility projects across several functional and therapeutic areas. This enables them to develop subject matter expertise while understanding the larger perspective.
