Prerequisites

This course is intended for individuals with prior grant writing experience who wish to enhance their professional grant writing abilities. Basic keyboarding and computer skills are required, including comfort navigating the Internet, using email, and experience with word-processing (Microsoft Word) and spreadsheet programs (such as Microsoft Excel) for budgeting.


Certification Requirements

The Professional Grant Writing course is aligned with the Grant Professional Certified (GPC) exam, which has minimum education and grant experience requirements based on the level of education obtained. Completion of this course is applicable for 90 GPCI Education points towards acquiring or maintaining the GPC certification.
