Graduate Program in Statistics

The Statistics Department offers a Masters Program in Statistics at Rutgers University. Students with bachelor degrees in statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, physical sciences, social sciences, and medical/biomedical sciences are eligible to apply as long as they have prior exposure to the prerequisites and have a strong motivation to collect, analyze, and interpret data. Past graduates of the M.S. program have gone on to have successful careers in pharmaceutical research and development, telecommunications, educational testing, financial services, environmental research, imaging technology, actuarial sciences, quality management, consulting, and business data analytics.
