Seaman to Admiral (STA-21) Program

The Seaman to Admiral (STA-21) program is a unique opportunity for active duty personnel to pursue higher education.

Application Dates

• Spring Term: November 1st
• Summer Term: March 1st
• Fall Term: April 1st

Notification Dates

• Spring Term: September 15th for early applicants
• Summer Term: January 15th for early applicants
• Fall Term: January 15th for early applicants
• Otherwise, all notifications will be on a rolling basis

STA-21 Application Process

The application process involves visiting the official website for eligibility, application requirements, and due dates. As an applicant, you must also apply to the school you are interested in attending and be admitted.
