Introduction to Emory University's Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing

The Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing at Emory University is among the top five nursing schools in the U.S. in funding from the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The BSN Transfer Option is a four-semester program that includes:


  • Part One: Prerequisites (60 hours of general education prerequisites)
  • Part Two: Nursing (clinical and classroom settings within Emory University's Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing)

Admission Requirements

To be considered for admission, applicants must submit:

  • $50 Application Fee
  • Official transcripts from each school attended
  • Resume
  • Official test score report (TEAS, SAT, ACT, or GRE)
  • TOEFL, IELTS, or Duolingo scores (if English is a second language)

Curriculum

The BSN Plan of Study includes:
