The Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Master of Public Health (MPH) dual degree program enables future physical therapists to become leaders in health care policy and impact health care and public health in innovative ways. Students in this program will learn to be strong leaders in preventative health care.

MPH Concentrations
Students in the DPT/MPH Dual Degree program may earn their MPH in the following concentrations:
- Behavioral, Social, and Health Education Sciences
- Epidemiology
- Global Health
- Health Policy & Management
Curriculum
The DPT/MPH program is four years in length, consisting of 144 semester credit hours. Students spend their first two years in the DPT program, developing a strong foundation in the basic and clinical science, with an emphasis on movement and movement dysfunction. In their third academic year, students focus on the MPH degree, enrolling at Rollins.

Admissions
Candidates for this program must apply to both the School of Medicine (Department of Rehabilitation Medicine) and Rollins separately.
Admissions Requirements
- Personal statement that addresses interest in the field of public health and specific interest in the Rollins School of Public Health and concentration of interest
- College transcripts
- Two letters of recommendation
- Resume
- The GRE is not required for admission and will not be considered as part of the application for admission. Academic departments may have additional requirements.
