Program Overview
The Executive Coaching Program at Emory University's Goizueta Business School is designed for mid-career or senior professionals in general management, human resources, consulting, education, or mental health services. The program consists of two parts: the Executive Coaching Foundations Certificate and the Advanced Executive Coaching Certificate.
Executive Coaching Foundations Certificate
This certificate is a pre-requisite for the Advanced Executive Coaching Certificate. It consists of three modules:
- Module 1: Foundational Coaching Skills
- Module 2: Mindset. Toolset. Skillset.
- Module 3: Client Growth
Advanced Executive Coaching Certificate
This certificate is designed for those who have completed the Executive Coaching Foundations Certificate or have accumulated 30 ICF training hours in the last two years. It consists of three modules:
- Module 4: Brain-Based Coaching
- Module 5: Family Systems
- Module 6: Psychodynamic & Multi-perspective Coaching
Program Details
- Duration: 40 hours for each certificate
- Investment: $5,500 (In-Person) or $5,000 (Virtual) for the Executive Coaching Foundations Certificate, and $6,500 (In-Person) or $6,000 (Virtual) for the Advanced Executive Coaching Certificate
- Module dates and times vary depending on the cohort

Program Outcomes
Upon completion of the program, participants can expect to:
- Establish themselves as a change agent to facilitate team member growth within their organization
- Create the foundation for their own coaching practice
- Earn 80 CCEs and the training and mentor coach hours needed for the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coach Federation (ICF)
