Program Overview
The Religion and Anthropology major is a joint program that allows students to earn a degree by completing fourteen courses, with a minimum of 44 hours.
Requirements
To complete the major, students must fulfill the following requirements:
- Seventeen hours are to be distributed as follows:
- Anthropology 201 or 210
- Anthropology 202
- Religion 300
- Religion 490W
- One tradition-specific Religion course (with approval of adviser)
- The additional nine courses (27 hours) are comprised of:
- Four courses in Religion, two at the 300 level or above
- Five courses in Anthropology, not including 101 A minimum of a C average in the major is required.
