Course Description

The course "Redskabsgymnastik og motoriske færdigheder" (Apparatus Gymnastics and Motor Skills) is a 7.5 ECTS course that focuses on the theoretical and practical aspects of apparatus gymnastics and motor skills.


Course Objectives

The course aims to provide students with:


  • Knowledge of the fundamental theories, concepts, and methodologies of apparatus gymnastics and motor skills
  • Skills in performing basic gymnastic skills and selected skills with higher difficulty
  • Competencies in planning, implementing, and evaluating training and teaching processes for apparatus gymnastics and motor skills

Course Content

The course covers topics such as:


  • Basis forudsætninger and grundlæggende bevægelseselementer in apparatus gymnastics
  • Gymnastikkens metodikker and differentieringsmuligheder
  • Teknicanalyse (including biomechanical analysis)
  • Modtagning and sikkerhedsaspekter
  • Kreativt arbejde with apparatus and omgivelsernes bevægelsesmuligheder
  • Motoriske indlæringsteorier
  • Træningsstrategier

Teaching Methods
