Course Description
The course "Redskabsgymnastik og motoriske færdigheder" (Apparatus Gymnastics and Motor Skills) is a 7.5 ECTS course that focuses on the theoretical and practical aspects of apparatus gymnastics and motor skills.
Course Objectives
The course aims to provide students with:
- Knowledge of the fundamental theories, concepts, and methodologies of apparatus gymnastics and motor skills
- Skills in performing basic gymnastic skills and selected skills with higher difficulty
- Competencies in planning, implementing, and evaluating training and teaching processes for apparatus gymnastics and motor skills
Course Content
The course covers topics such as:
- Basis forudsætninger and grundlæggende bevægelseselementer in apparatus gymnastics
- Gymnastikkens metodikker and differentieringsmuligheder
- Teknicanalyse (including biomechanical analysis)
- Modtagning and sikkerhedsaspekter
- Kreativt arbejde with apparatus and omgivelsernes bevægelsesmuligheder
