Program Details

Introduction

The University of Copenhagen offers a comprehensive program in Legal History, designed to provide students with a deep understanding of the development of modern law and the legal system. This program is tailored to students who have completed their Bachelor's degree in Law and are seeking to further their knowledge in the field.


Program Description

The Legal History program at the University of Copenhagen is a 7.5 ECTS course that spans one semester. The program is designed to give students an insight into the European tradition of law and how it has shaped the modern legal system. Students will analyze historical legal sources and develop their skills in legal methodology.


Course Content

The course content includes:


  • An introduction to the history of law in Denmark and Europe
