- Describe the current agreements for exchanging social and health information in a concrete case.

- Analyze and describe all elements of functional ability and its development in a concrete case, based on health factors, personal factors, and environmental factors.
- Evaluate and reflect on symptoms and findings with a view to deriving the need for further information, treatment, clinical prevention, and/or rehabilitation.
- Develop a concrete and exhaustive action plan with treatment and social measures that can improve or compensate for functional impairment or risk thereof.
- Apply current agreements for exchanging social and health information in a concrete case.
Competencies
- Design and present a medical record with emphasis on an exhaustive description and assessment of functional ability and its constituent elements, as well as an action plan, and argue for this plan.
