The course will cover the following topics:
- Introduction to data protection and the General Data Protection Regulation.
- The role of the Data Protection Officer.
- Data controller and data processor.
- Rights of data subjects.
- Principles of personal and health data protection.
Teaching Methods
The course will consist of lectures and group teaching.
Workload
The total workload for the course is 30 hours, divided into:
- Lectures: 15 hours.
- Group teaching: 15 hours.
Assessment
The course will be assessed through a written exam with supervision. The exam will be 4 hours long, and students will be allowed to use all aids except Generative AI.
