Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies
The four-year, pre-professional Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies (BSAS) degree program is an excellent platform for future graduate studies in architecture and associated fields. The required coursework is concentrated in the first three years, leaving the fourth year to develop the student’s career interests.
Degree Requirements
A total of at least 125 hours of coursework is required for the Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies. All students must complete the University's Core Curriculum as well as degree-specific courses. In some cases, a course that is required for the BSAS may also be counted toward the core curriculum.
Program Details
- The Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies alone does not fulfill the educational requirements for registration as an architect.
- Students interested in pursuing registration must complete a first-professional degree in architecture.
