Academics
The MBA at Houston program features a comprehensive cohort-based curriculum designed to enhance understanding of core business principles and develop thought leadership. The program includes:
- Core courses in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Marketing, and other fundamental disciplines
- Specialized electives in leadership, technology, and global business
- A Global Studies course
- Four additional strategic electives: a Technology-focused course and three General Management electives
Academic Intensives
During the program, students participate in three Academic Intensives held on the main campus of The University of Texas at Austin. These intensives feature course content delivery, career development sessions, and opportunities for community building and networking.

Class Schedules
The MBA at Houston program meets for class alternating weekends on Friday evening and all-day Saturday. Classes are held at the Texas McCombs MBA campus at the UT Health Cizik School of Nursing Building in Houston.
