Program Overview

The Bachelor of Science in Apparel, Housing, and Resource Management with a Property Management Major is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the property management industry. Graduation Requirements

A total of 120 hours is required to graduate with a Property Management degree. Some courses required for this major have prerequisites, and students must refer to the Undergraduate Course Catalog or consult their advisor for information about prerequisites.


Foreign Language Requirement

A sequence of 2 foreign language courses is required for graduation unless 2 high school credits of the same foreign language or 6 transfer credit hours of foreign language have been earned. These credits do not count toward graduation.
