The Bachelors of Agribusiness / Wildlife Science is a dual degree program that combines the study of agribusiness and wildlife science. This program is designed to enhance career prospects by providing students with a strong foundation in business skills and wildlife science expertise.

Entry Requirements

Prerequisites

• Queensland Year 12 (or equivalent) with:
  • General English subject (Units 3 & 4, C)
  • General Mathematics or Mathematical Methods (Units 3 & 4, C)
• Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics are recommended subjects.

Minimum Entry Score

• The minimum entry score is based on the Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) or equivalent.
• The entry score threshold is 72 for ATAR, and 26.75 for IB.

English Language Requirements

• IELTS overall 6.5, with reading 6, writing 6, speaking 6, and listening 6.
• TOEFL iBT (including Paper Edition) overall 87, with listening 19, reading 19, writing 21, and speaking 19.
• PTE Academic overall 64, with 60 in all sub-bands.
• BE (Occupational English Test) with a minimum overall grade of 4, and a minimum grade of C in all macro skills.
• CES (Cambridge English Scale) overall 176, with 169 in all sub-bands.

Fees and Scholarships

Indicative Annual Fee

• The indicative annual fee for domestic students is $8,755 (2026).
• The indicative annual fee for international students is $54,096 (2026).

Additional Costs

• The program includes one or more compulsory field trip courses that may incur additional costs.

Government Assistance

• Domestic students may be eligible for HECS-HELP, a loan scheme to assist with student contribution amounts.
• International students may be eligible for financial aid from their home country or the Australian Government.
