Entry Requirements
To be eligible for entry, students must have:
- A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline with a GPA of 4.5 on a 7-point scale
- The Graduate Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from UQ (or equivalent) with a GPA of 4
- A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in any discipline with a GPA of 4.5 on a 7-point scale, plus 3 years of full-time equivalent relevant work experience
- The UQx Corporate Innovation MicroMasters credential with 65% in the Corporate Innovation Capstone Assessment, plus three years of full-time equivalent relevant work experience

Applications can be submitted online through the UQ website. The program code for the Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation is 5690. The closing date for the program is:

English Language Requirements
International students must meet the English language requirements, which include:
- IELTS overall 6.5; reading 6; writing 6; speaking 6; listening 6
- TOEFL iBT (including Paper Edition) - Overall 87, listening 19, reading 19, writing 21 and speaking 19
- PTE Academic - Overall Score of 64 and 60 in all sub bands
- BE - A minimum overall grade of 4 plus a minimum grade of C in all macro skills
- CES - Overall 176 and 169 in all sub bands
Student Visas
International students who are accepted into the Master of Entrepreneurship and Innovation are eligible to apply for an Australian student visa (subclass 500). The Australian Government offers a number of income-support payments to eligible Australian university students.

Research and Placements
The program includes Work Integrated Learning (WIL) courses, such as EIBS7311 Lean Start for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, which provides practical experience in applying the Lean LaunchPad method to transform ideas into successful innovations. Students will work on their own idea or real-world technologies from partner organizations, engaging in customer interviews, rapid prototyping, and agile development to create a viable business model.
