Overview

The Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honours) is a 1-year program where students learn how to plan and conduct a research project with a resultant manuscript written for publication in a journal. Students have an opportunity to make a significant contribution to public health research and establish their skills as a researcher, as well as enhance their professional reputation.

Entry Requirements

Prerequisites

  • A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, and
  • Secured an honours project and supervisor approved by the Head of School
  • A grade point average (GPA) of 5.0 on a 7-point scale in the previous qualification

English Language Requirements

  • PTE Academic - Overall Score of 64 and 60 in all sub bands
  • BE - A minimum overall grade of 4 plus a minimum grade of C in all macro skills
  • CES - Overall 176 and 169 in all sub bands
  • OET is not accepted
