Overview of the Plant Science Minor
The Plant Science minor is designed to help solve two of the biggest problems facing humans today: food security and our dependency on fossil fuels. Students will learn and apply the science behind breeding high-yielding, pest-resistant crops to help farmers increase their productivity.
