The Master of Educational Studies is a specially designed program that allows students to develop competencies as professional guidance counsellors and/or career development practitioners. This program focuses on developing counselling competencies, understanding career development and education across the lifespan, linking assessment practices to instructional interventions, understanding ethical behaviour and practices, and developing comprehensive guidance programs.

• The program is designed to provide students with the knowledge, understanding, and skills essential for today's professional guidance counsellors and career development practitioners.
• It allows students to develop competencies for employment in schools, TAFE colleges, agencies, or as private practitioners.
