CS 152 - Introduction to Programming (CS0)-Python

- Description: Introductory Python programming for students with no prior programming experience focusing on STEM disciplines. Topics include variables, types, operators, expressions, conditionals, loops, functions, lists, dictionaries, strings, file input/output, and modules. Programming is motivated with examples and assignments from various STEM fields.
- Prerequisite: MATH 118 (College Algebra in Context II) or MATH 124 (Logarithmic and Exponential Functions) or MATH 125 (Numerical Trigonometry) or MATH 126 (Analytic Trigonometry) or MATH 141 (Calculus in Management Sciences) or MATH 155 (Calculus for Biological Sciences I) or One Year Calculus IA or One Year Calculus IB or MATH 160 (Calculus for Physical Scientists I)
