The Bachelor of Science in Agriculture with a major in Agricultural Leadership, Education, and Communications (ALEC) degree is designed for students who want a broad, general background in agriculture. There are two concentrations: Community Engagement and Leadership Development, and Interdisciplinary Agriculture.

Admission Requirements

• Minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA
• Minimum 6 transfer credit hours (must be earned post-high school graduation)
• Applicants who have earned fewer than 24 credit hours must also submit a high school transcript.

• Community Engagement & Leadership Development: Prepares students for leadership roles in the industry, with a wide background in agriculture and thorough training in communication skills.
