The CAS UZH in Labormedizin program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of laboratory management, including the key functions of HR management and the role of leaders in organizations.
Program Goals
The program aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully manage laboratory staff, including recruitment, selection, and development of employees. Students will learn how to measure and improve employee performance, create a positive work environment, and manage conflicts.

Course Structure
