The PhD BmEL is a joint program conducted by the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Medicine, and it is the first and only one of its kind in Switzerland. It is designed for lawyers, doctors, and other qualified participants who are interested in research in the fields of medical and health law, as well as biomedical ethics.
