Master of Science in Construction Project Management
Programme Structure
The Master of Science in Construction Project Management programme is offered with the following majors:
- MSc(Construction Project Management)
- MSc(Construction Project Management) majoring in Construction Law
- MSc(Construction Project Management) majoring in Management of Projects
- MSc(Construction Project Management) majoring in Quantity Surveying
Study Mode
The programme is offered in both full-time and part-time modes:
- Full Time: 1 year, daytime and evening classes, and Saturday mornings
- Part Time: 2-3 years, evening classes and Saturday mornings
Medium of Instruction
The medium of instruction for the programme is English.

Each student must complete 12 courses, including prescribed and elective courses.

Accreditation
The programme is accredited by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Pacific Association of Quantity Surveyors (PAQS). The programme is also recognized by the QS division of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS).
