Program Overview


Introduction to Entrepreneurship, Design and Innovation Major

The Entrepreneurship, Design and Innovation (EDI) major, formerly known as Business Design and Innovation (BDI), is designed to equip students with transformative business and innovation management skills and knowledge. This major aims to cultivate a creative entrepreneur mindset, combining quantitative and qualitative mentality, backed by financial and economic industrial knowledge.


Program Description

The EDI major focuses on business management in innovation development and commercialization, as well as purpose-led and values-driven organizations that serve societal needs with sustainable business models. Students will learn from local and international business cases and be introduced to practical toolkits applicable to established corporate, social venture, and start-up businesses.
