What is Asset Management and Private Banking (AMPB)?

Asset management is the management of money for institutions, corporates, families, and individuals in different asset classes, such as equities, fixed income, and alternative investments. Private banking is the provision of advice and services, including investment, credit, trusts, etc., according to the specific needs of High Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) clients and families.

Curriculum Design and Structure

The four-year curriculum provides students with foundation courses to build knowledge and exposure to the asset management and private banking industry, as well as more general investments and finance. The programme places a strong emphasis on understanding the investment market, including courses on asset classes and investment strategies. Students are also required to understand the industry, the regulatory framework, and the trends in the industry, including ESG and Family Office.
