The PgDip in Enterprise Expansion & Risk Management (EERM) is designed for senior executives, entrepreneurs, and strategy consultants to provide in-depth insights and practical guidance on corporate innovation, global strategic expansion, leadership development, and risk management.

Program Objectives

Through this program, participants will be able to:

• Develop international expansion strategies by critically analyzing internal and external environments, including the impact of digitalization, AI, and leadership intelligence.
• Optimize global operations and risk management by combining operational experience with international best practices.
• Utilize AI-driven risk assessment tools to strengthen risk management capabilities in international business expansion.
• Construct a globalized corporate governance system that integrates enterprise social responsibility, business ethics, and intelligent leadership frameworks.
• Enhance data-driven decision-making capabilities using advanced tools, including AI analysis and organizational intelligence platforms.
• Establish cross-cultural collaboration networks by applying cutting-edge business, AI, and leadership development knowledge to build solid external relationships with business partners and various social sectors.

  • Organisation Development and Change
  • Corporate Governance and Compliance Management
  • International Expansion and Business Negotiations
• A final project

Admission Requirements

• At least 10 years of work experience
• Recognized bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Recommendation and support from the institution
• Holding a senior management position within the institution

Tuition Fees

The tuition fee for the program is HK$468,000, which includes accommodation and meals (except dinner) for all modules and the overseas study tour. Participants are responsible for their own transportation, visa fees, and other expenses.

Upon completing the program, participants will be awarded the PgDip in Enterprise Expansion & Risk Management from the University of Hong Kong, which is a postgraduate-level diploma.
